Payments and Refunds

(The fine print...)

Until 2 weeks prior to the event, your credit card will NOT be charged. Another words, you can sign up 3 months in advance for an event, but your cc won’t be charged till 2 weeks prior to the event. Up until this point, you can cancel or change your date whenever you want.

Courses will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent on paid enrollments. We accept credit card payment via the internet on this web site.

Note: If paying by check or money order, you must mail payment to Texas Track Days. Although submitting a mailed registration will put you on the list of riders on the day(s) you have selected, your registration is NOT guaranteed until we RECEIVE AND PROCESS your payment. If you are attempting to register for an event that is nearly sold out, mailing a check is probably not going to be a very safe bet. All returned checks will be charged $30 fee.
